Alignment within any organization is absolutely vital. Otherwise, you have subcultures popping up all over the place. Last month, we had Pastor Kevin Gerald come in and speak with our team about alignment and that is what we are discussing today.
Here are a few key points from today’s episode:
Organizational alignment is a consistency of culture throughout the organization.
Leading an organization (or team) that is out of alignment is like driving a car that’s out of alignment.
You have to hold on tighter.
You feel pulling.
You have to push harder.
Repetition is the key to consistent culture over any distance.
As staff, you are commissioned as keepers of the culture. Wherever you go, take the culture with you.
